This site is where I write about what I build, what it costs, and what breaks along the way.
By day I'm a solutions engineer with over a decade in IT, the last few in cloud security, AI strategy and infrastructure. I help organizations with AI strategy, Zero Trust network access, security architecture and their digital transformation journey, working out what's actually broken, and what's possible, before someone else does. By night (and early morning) I'm in the terminal building things. The current obsession is Agu, a personal AI agent that runs on serverless infrastructure, remembers my life, and texts me back on Telegram. He handles small chores too, such as registering my car for visitor parking from a single text.
I write here because most AI tutorials show the happy path and skip the part where everything breaks in ways the documentation didn't mention. That part is more interesting, and more useful.
